Carol Cassetta has partnered with The Sharp Group as the team’s Lead Buyers Agent. She brings to the team over 20 years of experience at Nordstrom, an industry leader in customer service, where her business pedigree was built upon a culture of people, service and results.

As a regional leader, Carol’s responsibilities included 11 stores and teams in the Northern California and Hawaii regions. She brings to real estate her vast expertise in customer service, sales, communication, negotiation, and marketing. Carol is excited to continue to build strong connections with agents and clients in the community.

Carol was born and raised in San Francisco and the Peninsula. She earned her BS degree in Business Administration (International Business) from SFSU, graduating cum laude, along with an AA in Merchandising and Buying Operations at FIDM. Carol, her husband Jim, and their dog Buster, have lived in Millbrae since 1998. They also lived in Pacifica for 10 years. As an avid pet lover, Carol donates her time at the Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA. She also supports Family House in San Francisco, which provides temporary housing to families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at the University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital.
